The Vermillion Rise Mega Park is owned and operated by the Newport Chemical Depot Reuse Authority (NeCDRA). The Reuse Authority is a local government entity created under Indiana Code Citation 36-7-30 Chapter 30 – Reuse of Federal Military Bases. If you Google 1888 S State Road 63, Hillsdale, IN 47854, that will direct you to the Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department. Our main gate is located across State Road 63 on the west side. Please contact us in advance to obtain a gate code. You’ll see our sign, can’t miss it. Travel west until you come to a 4-way stop (near water tower) and turn left (south). Follow that road a little over a mile until you come to a “T” and turn right, you’ll see our building. Our offices are on the second floor, west end.
